  • Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate source that is easily digestible so can be quickly used by your muscles
  • This means that muscle glycogen levels can be rapidly replenished allowing for fast energy supply
  • Maltodextrin is the carbohydrate we use in our Carbo-Boost and can be added to any of our products to give your muscles that extra glycogen boost



  • Creatine Monohydrate is a form of creatine, a naturally produced substance found in the body
  • Substantial research has been made into Creatine and its ability to improve athletic performance, with results showing increased energy production allowing your muscles to contract with more power
  • This allows greater strength, power and lean mass gains to be made as a result
  • Some studies have also shown creatine to have neuro-protective effects
  • Creatine can either be taken as part of a cycle, with a weeks loading phase consisting of 4x 5g servings each day
  • This should be followed by 1x 5g serving for a 6 to 8 week period to gain the maximum benefit
  • If you’re not taking creatine as part of cycle, just add 1x 5g serving mixed with 250ml of water or with your protein shake within 30 minutes of exercise.


  • Beta-Alanine is an amino acid that has been shown to increase muscle carnosine levels which prevents the build-up of lactic acid in your muscles
  • Reducing lactic acid build up allows for greater endurance and efficiency of muscular contractions
  • This can lead to the ability to tolerate a higher volume of anaerobic exercise which in turn can lead to better physiological adaptations
  • We include 2g of Beta-Alanine in our Pre-Energiser
  • Beta-Alanine can be further supplemented with Beta-Boost, with 4g per day the recommended total dosage, spread across 4x 1g servings (or 2 if taking alongside our pre-workout)
